Step #1: Find an investment property in Brazil

Step #2: Purchase a Property

Step #3: Apply for the Investment Visa in Brazil
Once the purchase has been closed, the buyer will need to submit proof of the purchase and proof of the funds transferred into the seller’s bank account. Then, we will help you gather the other necessary documents to obtain your residency. When the process is complete, you will receive a four-year temporary residence permit. Plan to be in Brazil at least 14 days every 2 years to maintain your residency.
Step #4: Upgrade to Permanent Residency in Brazil
Providing that you have retained ownership of the property or properties, you can then upgrade to permanent residency.
Step #5: Apply for Brazilian Citizenship
Once you’ve lived in Brazil as a permanent resident for four years, you can apply for Brazilian citizenship and pick up your Brazilian Passport.
