Check out our listings to find a property that will qualify you for residency. Remember that the property or total amount of properties should surpass R$1,000,000.

Step #2: Purchase a Property

As bilingual professional real estate brokers, we are here to guide you through every step of the way, helping you secure the best deal, gather the necessary documentation for the purchase, and guiding you through overseas monetary transfers.

Step #3: Apply for the Investment Visa in Brazil

Once the purchase has been closed, the buyer will need to submit proof of the purchase and proof of the funds transferred into the seller’s bank account. Then, we will help you gather the other necessary documents to obtain your residency. When the process is complete, you will receive a four-year temporary residence permit. Plan to be in Brazil at least 14 days every 2 years to maintain your residency.
