Working with a CRECI-registered agent means your representative is legally accredited and accountable, which protects you on contracts, disclosures and the handling of funds. Our team is CRECI-SC registered and English-speaking, and we coordinate the legal, banking and registration steps so the purchase is compliant from offer to deed.
